Sure you can get short term bundle deals but their long term internet rate is still over 50% above the national average.

I have done speed tests that compare results with aggregate national results and rate my Comcast signal an “F” lower than 92% of all results in the country. And for this, if you don’t get forced into their “bundle,” I pay almost $80/month when the national average is $40. Ask them to come and check your signal; they will put in a thicker, better line for you if the signal strength is low. They had replaced my line three times: two to replace accidental line-cut and one to replace the old line. I pay about $43/month for the most basic TV service and 4Mbps Internet. I am in Shadow Oaks; my line is over 100 feet long, which can degrade signal strength.
