And the seller sold it the smart way -- without a realtor -- saving themselves $25,000 - $30,000 -- which reflects a lower selling price

Cranbury Estates is a lovely neighborhood, charming homes, and very walkable to everything - school, library, ice cream. That is what they paid for...

I know people who moved here in the 60's and paid under 100k for a home now worth almost 700k. I wonder if 40-50 years from now we'll be looking at a 500k home now and say can you believe how cheap they got a home for?

Sounds like they overpaid. $535000 to live next to rte130 no thanks.
