What I understand. - the project was delayed when they had found a large sink hole under the road needing repair. That this delayed the project by about one month. - that the main work has been inside the lake where we would not see it from the road. - walking kids to school yesterday it looks like the spillway is complete and curbs being laid. In the TC meeting notes Dave Cook is managing the project. So if people have questions he'd be the one to contact.
