NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MASTER PLAN

REEXAMINATION REPORT AND (REVISED) MASTER PLAN OF THE CRANBURY TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 16, 2010 at 7:30 pm at the Municipal Building (Old School) 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury, Middlesex County, New Jersey that the Cranbury Township Planning Board shall hold a public hearing on the Master Plan Reexamination Report; and on the revised Master Plan of the Township of Cranbury prepared by Phillips Preiss Grygiel, Inc., Van Cleef Engineering Associates and Shropshire Associates. This notice is being published pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-89 (Reexamination report) and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-13 (revised Master Plan).

A full copy of the proposed Reexamination Report and (revised) Master Plan will be on file at least ten (10) days prior to the hearing date at the office of the Planning and Zoning Administrative Officer, 23-A North Main Street, Cranbury New Jersey and may be inspected during normal business hours: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday; and is available for public inspection and copying. The Reexamination Report and (revised) Master Plan will also be available on the Township’s website at www.cranburytownship.org .

At the time of the public hearing, any interested persons may appear and give comment/testimony. The Planning Board may take action on the Reexamination Report and (revised) Master Plan at the close of the public hearing on December 16, 2010, or to a date as may be scheduled by the Board.
