A new petition was recently announced which is against COAH and its impact on property taxes in NJ. It is sponsored by State Senator Haines, Assemblywomen Addiego & Assemblyman Rudder who are all from district 8 (Eastampton, Evesham, Hainseport, Lumberton, Mansfield, Medford Lakes, Medford twp, Moorestown, Mount Laurel, Pemberton Borough, Pemberton Twp, Shamong, Southamton, Springfield Twp, Tabernacle, Woodland, and Wrightstown)
