I thought that the gop didn't believe in that stuff??????? They HATE welfare except when they're the recipients!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you consolidate SO much that your town loses its identity and gets absorbed into another municipality? Maybe you don't care about that little nugget! Christie et al, also screwed the pooch on that Race to the Top money. Try to keep up and pay attention.

It ensures that the towns who are working toward reform are rewarded. Under Corzine we continued to receive less aid and get more spending mandates.
