You do also realize that the warehouses and financials are only hear because of past Tc members and Planning board members and Dan, Glenn, Jay, Susan and Dave who tightened spending the past 10 years. No one lucked into this situation except maybe Mike and Matt, but they too worked to help the town the last 1.5 years.[/quote] I guess Glenn, Jay, and Dan have to take part of the blame for the Cranbury Station mess since all of them have been on the TC for 10+ years. J. ]. Cranbury as an agricultural community used those products for decades. The township failed to adopt provisions for erosion control. Those contaminants were part of the soil erosion that occurred at the warehouses that were built on Station road and Half Acre road due to failure to provide the approved erosion control measures that were part of the zoning approval process .Cranbury refused to properly oversee those projects and enforce the conditions of approval. The township was warned about the problem after the last time they had to dredge the lake. <br /> That hill in the park is the contaminated soil that was left to be played on by the children on the mountain in the park from the last dredging. The benefit of dredging now will only benefit the Whos Who of the Lake crowd [Cook -Nissen etc.].
