Thanks for getting the word out. The agenda says the Zoning board is holding a special meeting to hear the Sweetwater application on October 28 at 7:30. I guess that means that the Planning Board meeting that everyone was planning to go to on October 14, is not happening.
We haven't heard any news lately. Sean, are you there?? What happened at the meeting last night??
I thought the Mapplewood people had hired counsel? Did their legal reprsentative not get anywhere or did they make more concessions? What is the status of the Maplewood residents objections?
If the Press report is accurate it looks like they accomodated the residents. First, they did move it to the Zoning Board instead of Planning, as residents cousel requested. Second, the did agree to a two-lane always available access road to the parking from Main Street.

I don't know, but there are 2 maplewood residents and a business owner on the ZB so I think all three would need to recuse themselves from the application.

Can anybody fill me in on the transfer of the application from Planning Board to Zoning Board? Will the chairman of the zoning board recuse himself ?
