I suggest you attend the budget presentation. By attending you can voice your opinion. That would be the best way to achieve anything.
Or alternatively, you can bloviate on message boards and achieve nothing.

I may be wrong here, but I seem to remember the state REMOVING something like $700,000 in funding last year, which resulted in the school removing programs and putting some teachers on part-time status.
