It seems like the State is doing the right thing here and it's too bad that while they can deny this abusive business a license to sell the horses that they don't seem to be able to prevent them from buying them in the first place which may lead to more occasions where they people try and leverage the horses lives to force the State to keep giving them licenses despite not complying with the safety rules.

CRANBURY — A Cranbury horse auction house will have to take its efforts to regain its sales license to the state Department of Agriculture and an administrative law judge.
A judge in New Brunswick today refused to order the department’s Division of Animal Health to give Camelot Sales Stables Inc. a temporary license to hold horse auctions until an administrative law judge can decide if the business should have a new license issued.
