We hope the money raised from the wassail will be used to build our new library. Going home to home and having re-enactors at these homes will no longer be needed once the new library is built. Because we will be able to have the wassail in our new library where we can talk about the homes in our new library and have the re-enactors in our new library.

My wife and I attended the wassail on Saturday night and had a great time.
The re-enactors were amazing and very entertaining. I especially liked the way they tied in the historic homeowner Dr Stites and Lafayette who met at the house with George Washington. And I never knew we were a major train stop let alone the first train accident.
The homes were beautiful as well with the old fireplaces, great woodwork and uniqueness. We loved the antique stove on Symmes and the Major Award Leg Lamp we saw- I believe it is Italian as it was Fragile.
Thank you for a wonderful time.
