But property owners say deeds indicate only 10 years of restrictions. The restrictions have expired, they say, and Walden Woods property owners should be able to get market value for the homes they built through a federal "sweat equity" project called Bootstraps."</span></span> <br /> <br /><span style="font-weight: bold"><span style="font-style: italic">"Township officials strongly disagree and point the finger at Walden Woods Bootstraps developer Jay Tyson, who they say misled the buyers and didn't live up to agreements for the development, a charge the developer denies.
