Post subject: TONIGHT!! BEATLEMANIA AT TEDDY'S
To help commemorate the 50th anniversary of what was to become known as “Beatlemania”, Teddy’s Restaurant at 49 N. Main Street, will take on a Beatles Central feel tonight.
The Beatles event will take place from 6-9PM. A local DJ will be on hand to spin all the classic sounds of the Fab Four. Hourly trivia contests are planned, Vintage Beatle concert video and photos will be available for viewing, and there will be a front window display of some interesting Beatles items to take you on a nostalgic journey.
Today there sits a plaque above Liverpool’s new Cavern Club entrance that reads “Four Lads Who Shook the World”. They were, without question, all of that. To this day, their music remains timeless and there’s no reason to suggest, their songs can’t survive another 50 years.
Hope to see you tonight !! Please tell your friends !!
Oh, if you've got a Beatles item (i.e., t-shirt, wig, button) dust it off, and wear it to Teddy's.
Teddy’s Restaurant is BYOB and there is no cover charge !!!
