Interesting how the State not only requires us to pay for affordable housing but it has to be super nice, plush new housing on our dime while inexpensive houses like this sit on the open market with no one bidding on them.

So a family making $100K can qualify for a subsidized new construction home because the State deems that older homes like this don't meet their standards while some hard working family not getting a free ride form the State will have to scrape to buy something like this.

For that matter, by the State's standards most of the homes in the historic district of Cranbury would not meet their accepibly standards for subsidized housing, even as their residents are forced to foot the bill for the new construction to house their transplants.
