| OK, so whose stupid kids defaced a tree on the lake in Village Park last night? The tree suffered a loss of bark around the lower part of the trunk, apparently scraped off with burning sticks. Two charcoal tipped sticks are still lying on the ground, and yes I've got pictures. Why would anyone do this? Where are our vigilant police park patrols? | |
