Just put your brush in your leaf pile. That machine sucks up everything

If your rush was missed then why haven’t you called Public Works about it? Or are you just making it up since we don’t know who you are? If my brush was “supposedly “ missed, I would call. Was your brush missed or did they leave what isn’t chippable? They left stuff at my house before and I called and they explained that it was to large for them to chip.

If your brush isn’t collected town hall is very happy to help. My brush was missed one time and it was collected after I called.

My neighbor had brush and it was not collected as he placed chipping out that was not the type collected. Once he knew he just burned it.

If people were more attentive to the rules brush isn’t even supposed to be out for November yet!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds more like you are doing nothing if you have so much time on your hands to watch public works drive around all weekend. I’m sure they are busy and not “doing nothing”

If public works was more attentive to brush collection this would not be an issue. I see their trucks driving around all weekend doing nothing!

Liability will be based on state and motor vehicle laws. If my. With its tree falls on my car or a branch that was broken from the tree falls on my car it is my responsibility. Not that of my neighbor.

My fence was damaged by my neighbor's trees that were downed by a storm. Tough luck. Sad

I wouldn’t be so sure about that. According to township code 69-2 D 1 and 2.

Who is responsible when a pile of branches placed in the road causes vehicle damage?
