You are quoting a statement designed to get attention as the Township fights the current "proposal" from the State agency. You could look up similar crisis a few times over the last few decades but they didn't come true. It is important to township take it seriously and not be passive, but don't mistake that for the belief it will happen. For one, the proposal basis its quota on the idea that the local warehouses are employing 25-times the number of people they actually are. Its right there for anyone to read. Yet as a point of fact a census of the warehouses would reveal that the Township has actually already more than met its quote even for the next round based on the math and justification of the proposal using the real data. Its just politics. The agency overstated with the intent of using it as a way to compromise for much less. Besides, even in that worst case, the Township could spend the next 20 years fighting it in court if they had to. This one has only about 3500 sq.ft. You should stop by and take look 1 Stites Dr. which is phenomenal. Now it is year 2008 along with high inflation and economic recession. This house is definitely over priced.
