Post subject: Strawberry Festival to be held June 9 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Cranbury resident Susan Mavoides remembers walking with her husband to the First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury's Strawberry Festival nine years ago from her home on South Main Street.
Now, the couple brings their two sets of twins, 1-year-olds Gavin and Donovan and 6-year-olds Megan and Morgan, to the annual event, which Ms. Mavoides says is part of the reason she lives in Cranbury.
This year's Strawberry Festival, which will be held June 9 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., promises to draw a big crowd, and Ms. Mavoides said anyone who doesn't attend will be missing out.
"This is one of the gems of living in Cranbury, enjoying the Strawberry Festival," she said. "I think it's right up there with the Memorial Day parade and skating on Brainerd Lake. It's a must see."
