Is this pro-forma, or is the Twp Committee really looking to replace the Twp Attorney and the Township Engineer?

When would the attorney and engineer be replaced if another firm is chosen? Would that be part of the current TC to decide or the next one? If the next TC decides, then I think the choice of candidates we elect is important. If it is the present one, then I think I have a concern only because 2 members will not be on the committee after January 1.
