I wish the township can send a short description of what's going on, instead of assuming all residents have law degree.

As I read it, the Township bought and paid for storage and repair of this barn with the help of the Cranbury Hysterical Society(CHS). Now the barn will be placed at "Barn Park" (Cranbury Neck and Symmes Court) located on a Green Acres lot and be leased to the CHS for $1.00 from the township.
CHS will maintain and insure the barn and use it for education or some other approved purpose.

As I remember from past discussions, the township used money from the CHS to purchase and store this barn. It was an agreement from a few years ago dealing with the sale of a house located across 130 on Station Road.
