Since when is a smear to state facts. I hope you’ll ask Mulligan or Hasselbach whether they organize, speak for or support the Tea Party. All you have to do is Google their names and the result speaks for itself. I also don’t think they would say they are being smeared by being called a supporter or member of the Tea Party.
Okay, I googled their names and did not see anything Tea Party related. If you have real facts or proof, please post your name and your links. Otherwise, I can only assume you are part of Mr. Johnson's campaign and wonder why his campaign would have to resort to such tactics? Mr. Johnson seems a pleasant individual and am concerned that his supporters seem to have to hide behind innuendo and smear tactics. I hope this is not what the Democratic party in Cranbury has become.
I have no dog in this fight – basically amused though at this turn of events in my sweet little Cranbury. I just goggled “dan mulligan tea party” and “art hasselbach tea party” Anybody can do this.
Either you’re just stupid and don’t think people will bother to check when one poster challenges another’s facts before anonymously calling them a liar or accusing them of smears or you’re just a fool who believes he/she can be right by writing nonsense.
By the way, what’s so bad about the Tea Party or being a tea bagger? It seems the accusation is the worst of it all – like a child defaming another’s mother.
When I googled their names and tea party all I got was Cranbury.info. If there is more to it and they are linked to Tea Parties and Tea Party groups then please post the links from google. If you are saying you did as I did and did not see anything then sorry I misunderstood your post.

Sir: You are boorish! Mr Hasselbach and Mr Mulligan are clearly connedted in one way or another to the tea party movement. Apologize to Mr Johnson and say goodnight. What importnace this is except to your ego I don't know

Maybe, Colonel Sanders?

Okay, I went there and did not see anything. Post the direct link. That's all I'm asking if you people want to post behind Guest and bash the Two Republican candidates, post a direct link showing they are active members of the Tea Party. For all the claim of google and what not, I have not been able to repeat your attempts. So please post the links so we all can see. If you show they are active Tea Party members then I'll gladly take your non-validated links above as proof.
BTW, I never said Mr. Johnson was negative. I said he's a perfectly pleasant and nice person. I would gladly have him represent me. However, if his supporters are those who make statements without name and then don't post a link to their claims I wonder about who his base is. Not him as an individual or his merits as a future TC member. Just those who are his supporters and Yes, I think Mr. Johnson would not want to be part of any smear campaign as he seems to be a very ethical person.

I just was advised of my preliminary open enrollment material. My costs are escalating this year due to health care reform thank you Mr. Holt. I don't have a kid who is in the older age bracket, but have a family. Now, I have to pay more so others can have their kids stay on their plan instead of aging out. I was told my premium went up about 4,000 because of health care reform and I now have to pay 1,000 more in my employee contribution. Our Town is paying 2-3% more due to health care reform so my taxes are going up.
I am not against Medicare or Social Security and find myself pretty liberal, but I don't have the money to support this whether it's the ethics arguement or otherwise. What happens in 4 years when I risk losing my medical plan? I can't afford 10-12,000 a year for a medical plan and my company could force me onto the exchange.
So while I think there are some benefits such as removing caps I worry for myself and the care my family will be getting or where I am going to come up with the money for the added expenses.[/quote]
I own a midsize business. Over the last five years my healthcare costs have gone up between 8 and 22% a year. Next years bid is up 11%. I actually don't think that increase is due to the healthcare plan. That is on the low end of what I have seen over the past 5 years.
This plan will not have much of an impact on premiums. The problem is it does nothing to contain costs which continue to rise. The interesting question is who to blame this on. Yes the democratic plan does little to contain costs. I would expect the republicans to try to do something about costs. Say Tort reform. But they chose not to participate. In the past years during a republican administration nothing was done to contain costs.
We are heading for a real healthcare crisis. Who do you blame. The democrats who offer an incomplete plan? Or the republicans who offered nothing for 8 years and then refused to participate in the democratic plan(and don't say it would not have mattered, I guarantee that if they could have gotten 3 senate republican votes the democrats would have allowed Tort reform just so they could call the bill bipartisan)

Isn't Sipprelle a tea-bagger????
Yeah, he'll fix things alright!!!!!!!
Nutbag Glen Beck will give him his marching orders.
Go spread your childish hatred somewhere else, we're trying to have an adult discussion here.
Hatred? I don't think so. I'm not the original poster - but Sipprelle is a member of the Tea Party. Watch Beck and Palin - you then see what Sipprelle would do. Facts are facts.
Now let's discuss what kind of America we want. I for one don't see much of a contest against a proven congressman like Holt
A proven congressman who only votes party line, whose supporting the tax increases that will hurt about 860,000 small business owners, the guy who claims the health care reform has been the best thing. Yes, this is a guy I want representing me.
Thank you also Congressman Holt and President Obama. I saw this today – and the best part of healthcare reform which will help the unuinbsured has yet to kick in.
This year, children with pre-existing conditions can no longer be denied health insurance coverage.
This year, health care plans will allow young people to remain on their parents' insurance policy up until their 26th birthday.
This year, insurance companies will be banned from dropping people from coverage when they get sick, and they will be banned from implementing lifetime caps on coverage.
This year, adults who are uninsured because of pre-existing conditions will have access to affordable insurance through a temporary subsidized high-risk pool.
This year, small businesses that choose to offer coverage will begin to receive tax credits of up to 35 percent of premiums to help make employee coverage more affordable.
This year, new private plans will be required to provide free preventive care: no co-payments and no deductibles for preventive services.
This year, early retirees will have help in the form of a temporary re-insurance program to help offset the costs of expensive premiums for employers and retirees age 55-64.
This year, seniors who fall into the Medicare Part D 'donut hole' coverage gap will receive a $250 rebate to help pay for prescription drugs.

Am just seeing this about Mulligan and Hasselbach. I’m appalled. It’s a matter of character and judgment – not politics - and leaves all voters in Cranbury in quite a predicament

These attacks are typical of the local democratic party machine. You would think they would understand this is why they are loosing power in the first place.

Keep up the good work and keep attacking.
Wait, "the local democratic party machine"?!?! What the hell is that? I don't think the local democrats have even had a caucus in the last 3 years. If you think there is a local "Democratic Party Machine", you have a tenuous grasp on reality.

Oh, but saying Mr. Hasselbach and Mr. Mulligan are tea party members and active supporters is okay for posters?
