Would you prefer to have the two day event condensed into one day (Saturday)? Also, how do you feel about the 1:00 PM start time on Saturday? Do you think a later start would be better?

With a young child a later start would be hard for us. However, a 1pm start with perhaps a musician or band that caters to kids would be good.

How about The Wiggles?

If ya don't like Barbecue Bob, then you don't know much about the roots of American music .................sorry to inform you.
His so-called "swamp blues" is the foundation of 1950s rock & roll.
The type of sound that influenced Creedence, Led Zeppelin, Elvis, Rolling Stones and a myriad of other modern bands.
While you may like Crandaddy, Bob's music reaches back into the past. Without his influence there would be no Crandaddy!!!!!

What would they play?
Jazz?
YUCK!

Both Barbecue Bob and Crandaddy are great! No need to pick one over another.

Does anyone here realize that Crandaddy played with BBQ Bob at a Christmas party jam and they were outta sight?

It's funny how people that probably can't even hum a tune can be so critical of musicians.

I am sure BBQ Bob and Crandaddy are getting a kick out of this board. It's good to see that some people here got it right and defended these guys.

I don't think I know of too many Cranbury based bands ... We should all appreciate the fact that they are willing to play for free and entertain us.

Just my two cents.

All I'm saying is that Crandaddy didn't live up to all the hype that people were giving me all this time.
They're okay.
I guess their main attraction is that they're just a bunch o' dads from Cranbury?
Okay, fine.
But, as far as musicianship...............they're still just okay.
No great shakes.
Nothing here to get all that excited about folks.
I half expected to see Bruce and the E Street Band the way everyone was talking.
I get it that they're a bunch of guys who just fart around on the weekends. Thats exactly what they sound like!
