From email:

On Wednesday, January 19 at 7 PM in the Large Group Room, Mr. Richard Morasco of Leadership Advantage will seek input from the parents and community members regarding the strengths, characteristics and attributes expected of the next chief school administrator. Please plan to attend. Your input would be valued and appreciated.

Someone with a vision. Haney lacked vision (or at least did not articulate it well).

Haney may have filled out the paperwork to get the blue ribbon however that's about where it ends. We need the next administrator to be completely the opposite of Haney.

Can you be more specific? What precisely did Haney do, or not do, that you believe needs to be different? Other than abstract comments like "lacking vision."

If what you say is true then why do we need a chief administrator at all? Apparently the school can get a blue ribbon on auto-pilot with no effort from a leader at all. In which case we should be able to save $130,000 plus benefits.
