There is an anonymous Blue Rooster hater who has always looked for any opportunity to post here. Bent out of shape about something. I learned to tune it out long ago.

So, what about an Italian deli? Think that would be a good idea?

A deli/convenience store-type business would be great. A place to get small conveniences (milk, etc.).

Some of these posts imply that the hot wok is closing. Where did that idea come from? As an early reply noted the building has been for sale for a couple years now. That doesn't mean the business is closing. Or even if it eventually did, it doesn't mean its happening any time soon.

When was the last time you saw a new video store pop-up, anywhere? A few are hanging on, none are doing well, and even Blockbuster is in bankruptcy. The number of people who still go to a store to rent is only diminishing over time. Even my in-laws use Netflix and steaming now. The babyboomers will be the last generation to rent physical discs at all. It's like deciding to open up a stables for horse downtown after Ford has introduced the Model T.
