I have no personal interest in this at all. Was this forum an appropriate venue to anonymously voice this complaint? No... However, if this story is true then Teddy's absolutely should not have charged for the sandwich. To me that is basic customer service. Ignore the history of Teddy's and just think about it as a customer at any restaurant. Why should we hold Teddy's to a lower standard because of their history? |

Owning and running a business myself there is NO WAY I would respond in an open forum to an anonymous poster. You can find trolls all over the internet posting things that are just not true.
Just like the other many posts on this forum, if you want to be taken serious then post your name. Simple as that. |

teddy's should have absolutely taken the charge off of the bill and given the customer a free gift certificate for another meal, IDK if i would go again, but it would have been the right thing to do... good will means alot |

The person ate the half that was fine, then they noticed a pubic in the second half. No questions asked, take that off the bill. |
