That was a lot of fun. A bit crazy, but the kids all seemed to enjoy it. I love the small town activities like this. |

TROLL. Please don't feed. |
Best to just ignore negative or sarcastic comments and move on. |
Cranbury's lack of any sense of irony or humor! |

Trick or treating all around town tonight. Brings back great memories. Thanks too to Cranbury P.D. and CERT for making it a safe one. |

What Makes Cranbury Great? My List, via Boulder, CO
1. The ability to explore the woods behind Shadow Oaks, bike over to friends' homes and meet some of my closest friends at age 6.
2. Living in a town where people generally care about each other.
3. Exposure to active teachers, community members and a father who were active in keeping education a priority.
4. The librarians. Cranbury's is small AND useful. (I saw that some people weren't happy to spend $600K improving it. I just wanted to mention, that if Cranbury is now 4,000 people, that's only $150 a person, which seems insignificant.)
5. Having women like Susan in my life. Susan is someone I have always looked up to, smart, understanding, kind-hearted, humble (which I greatly value). Susan has encouraged me throughout my life. She inspired me to pursue environmental causes, and I now find myself working on these issues at a software company in Boulder. I would not be who I am without having know Allison (Susan's daughter) and her family. |
