This may not be the appropriate thread to post this information, but today it was announced that 12% of NJ homeowners were either 90 days delinquent on their mortgage payment or were in foreclosure. This makes NJ second in the nation behind only Florida in homeowners underwater. Also while home sales are picking up nationwide they are lagging in NJ.

I guess the point is things are still pretty grim here.
