My IP address is through a proxy, same that many others use, so good luck on that.
The registered owner of this site, registered it with fraudulent credentials. Address and contact information.
The site with some users being permitted to harass others, combined with someone not reachable and identifiable running the site, and hiding behind fraudulent credentials is what substantiaties my allegation.
In my opinion. |

Actually very few people use anonymous proxy servers. Most just use their regular ISP's. Most posters don't even know about them.
It's not a crime for the site owner to let people insult each other or to be anonymous and unreachable. I'm not defending it, just saying it falls short of a crime. |

Did you see "► Contact us: cranbury@mail.com ◄"? Just email them.
You don't want people to post anything bad about you? |

We actually have less gun restrictions now than we had a dozen years ago. But if you want to be paranoid and believe in that myth, it's a free country (yes, it really is).

NJ examples please? I know of no NJ firearms laws that have been liberalized in the last dozen years, and no federal laws that have been liberalized that have an impact in NJ. |

Regarding now/then difficutly to purchase and own firearms...
I've purchased over 10 yrs and and purchased now..
* There is a longer wait period now.
* You need sign off / approval by your local police chief if you are to be allowed your constitutional right to bear arms
* There is another longer delay and cost for a background check, even though there was already a central database used for those that should not possess.
* There is a limit on ammunition purchases |

pot should be legalized give me a break.. what this guy was doing is legal in other areas of the country.
If cranbury pd had a reason to bust them, they should have got a warrant.
instead they suspected, and didn't do their job to get a warrant. They took a bs disturbance complaint to do what they wanted. |

If it was done without warrant, the case can be tossed out in court, right? |

The story is accroding to police statement they were responding to a complaint, and "discovered" the items in plain sight. So the not having a warrent probably will not be applicable for a defense.
However if there is evidence that this activity was suspected, and the police were sitting on it waiting for an excuse to go in, that might be another story.
In any event glad no one was hurt. And hope those involved can put this behind them and move on with life.
It is not really as big a deal as law enforcement tries to plays up. Prisons are too crowded, and too much is being spent on enforcement of a law that is obsolete. |
