$565,000
Beds 4 Bed
Baths 3 Full, 1 Half Bath
House Size 2,576 Sq Ft
Lot Size 1 Acres
Year Built 1981

This pristine Cape Cod offers lots of interior rooms and much wonderful space to grow with! The photos tell the story! The entryway opens up on the right to the front to back living room with rear deck access and to the left to the formal dining room. In the back of the house is the kitchen, eat-in area and family room with wood burning fireplace and powder room. There are rear deck sliding doors here as well as access to the mudroom, two car garage, gardening shed and loft over the garage and shed, ample room to store grandma's furniture! The master is also found on this first level with its ensuite bath and closets as well as entryway to the back yard deck and fended-in yard. Upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms and the one has its own bath so could be an alternate master suite if you need to be upstairs! The hall bath accommodates the other two bedrooms. The yard in the rear is fully fenced and overlooks woods; the front yard looks out onto farm fields. Schoolers are bussed to Princeton High School after doing their elementary schooling in Cranbury. Live in the country yet the town of Cranbury is a hop, skip and jump away!

Yes a nice house now but the realtor needs to disclose the upcoming high intensity use with the 350 parking spots next door that was recently approved by the zoning board. One other minus is the slaughter house across the road?

Yes this building will be large enough to be seen as far away as Plainsboro Road--so much for the Holy Grail scenic vistas!Once the structures that were built without permits are removed then construction will begin--just wait until the folks on Nicola Court see the vista destroyed by that structure and the lighting brightens the night sky----then you can thank the zoning board members for this misguided approval----it would never have happened near "MainStreet"

Was JEEYAR penalized for the buildings built without permits? They can be clearly seen on google maps 222 dey Road - also the Aetna building has been transformed into a parking lot for these groups and the were over 1000 cars parked there an they were being bused to Cranbury Neck? Lots of folks were lost looking for the remote parking lot and were asking for directions last weekend Maybe they were headed to the "cultural center" in Robbinsville - JEEYARs original Dey Road application states the congregation has 300 members why would they need 350 parking spots? Are these groups getting house of worship tax exemption? Why would the town give up a 31 acre property on Dey road - that used to generate tax revenue? Also Krishna on Cranbury neck?? What an eye sore that place is - looks like a spaceship among the farm fields - how did that ever pass the board??

There was no penalty and not only was there no penalty they were granted numerous waivers on the application by an inept zoning board. There really was only one member who studied the plans and objected to many of the proposed details. He should be given a medal for his concerns even though the rest of the board gave away the "Farm". One of the worst failures[one of many] is the failure to require a deceleration lane plan for a use that is so intense. It is compounded by the tremendous number of accidents that presently occur in that area of Dey road. My concern is that IMO there will be a fatal accident in the coming years and then they will take some action after the fact. If they spent as much time on the important items as they did fighting between the board members over the height of a light they could have made a difference. The zoning board deserves a F on this application.

Yes, I can't imagine Cranbury allowing a large religious structure on Main Street... except for all of the churches, of course.
