| I hope a nice restaurant comes in. I enjoyed the Blue Rooster and it was nice to see someone who grew up here come back to try and run a business. |

It's in a mix use zone that can be residential or commercial. I saw their kitchen when it was new and it was like out of a magazine. |
Based on the lack of upkeep for the rest of the property, I doubt it's in the same condition now. The building looks like it's ready to collapse in places, the paint is peeling and it generally looks like it has been neglected for quite some time. I can't imagine anyone would want to take on that kind of renovation project. |
