No work has been done other than clean up from Writes. |
But if you look at the satellite photo (posted earlier), it clearly shows a baseball field there, right?? |

That is not the write property, that is the softball/baseball field that used to be right behind the school. I think it is now closer to the soccer fields. Has nothing to do with Babe Ruth fields. |

Look closer at the google image and you'll see the newest addition to the school isn't there. There are more up to date photos on terraserver.com (the baseball/softball field is closer to the soccer fields as stated before, and again has nothing to do with Babe Ruth) and the addition is on the school. Even Google Earth has an older pic.

You'll also see in the terraserver image the write property is a field now with no buildings or parking lot. |

The Write field is where the Hot Air Ballons took off from. |

Thanks for the info. I like the current open space better.
Has anyone thought about how to handle the additional traffic and parking if the field is built? |

The latest update:
http://www.packetonline.com/articles/2007/09/21/cranbury_press/news/doc46f3f750349aa599353678.prt
”This has been an item that the town has been pursuing for 10 years,” Mayor David Stout said. “We don’t have a regulation size field. (But) we love open spaces here.”
The field is intended for not only Babe Ruth leaguers, but for Cranbury High School’s baseball teams and open for public use as well, he said."
What?! Cranbury High School?? What is he talking about? |
