I see that the house across the street from G&B has put their Trump signs back up. Good for them. Whether or not you agree with their political views, everyone has a right to support and voice their opinions. I’ve seen a neighbor of theirs (wife of someone on the town council) call them chicken sh*ts and cowards on social media because the signs had been taken down during the time of rioting in our country. Let’s all practice what we preach and allow others to have different viewpoints without attacking and vilifying them. Love over hate always wins. |

This is great. Every single person has the right to put up any flag or sign they want. |

Agree. I saw a number of tolerance signs today which are well designed and look nice. I think people should have those if inclined and also should have Trump signs if inclined. This is not Orwell’s 1984 (yet). |

I certainly hope everyone leaves the Trump sign alone. It is their right to display it.
That said, i find it ironic those who do support it would talk of intolerance when the Trump sign literally is a symbol of intolerance. I fully support the rights of those who are intolerant, hateful and racist to display a sign demonstrating they are. But let's not pretend they are otherwise. Within the law, they have to be those awful things. People should respect their right, but people don't need to pretend that the tiger doesn't have stripes. |

Based on this excerpt, it already is:
“Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.” |

It’s also ironic that so many people who hate Trump for demonizing and otherizing groups like Muslims and illegal immigrants have no problem doing the same to Trump supporters, police officers and even people who simply don’t hate Trump as much as they do. If you preach tolerance, practice tolerance. As someone once said, there’s good people on both sides. |

Yes, there is evil as well as good on both sides. |

She should be allowed to post wherever they want on her own Facebook page (maybe with restricted friend settings as you’re obviously not her friend if you’re posting about her on here!) |

You’re absolutely correct she should be able to post on her own personal Facebook page. However, I find it immature and the exact opposite of what she stands for when neighbors are called out and called names because of their political views. Also, I have to
say it’s quite upsetting as she’s the wife of a town council
member. Maybe if she has such strong beliefs make the post public?!?! |

The Nichols who have the trump signs are not a members of any township councils. They also have any right to hang their Trump flags.
Im sorry but not all Trump supporters are racist. Its so funny that so many people think that. I 100% support Trump - am a White man married to a black women and have interracial kids - which one of them is gay. And 100% support Trump. Would anyone like to debate that with me being a racist for supporting Trump. And while we are at it since you crazy Dems like fact checking please prove that Anthony Nichols has anything to do with town council.

I also like Trump and am not racist in any way.
People need to stop assuming that if you like trump you are racist.
When he wins this election does that mean the whole country is racist? What will happen when he does win? Can others accept that? |

No. I think that her posting on her own Facebook page is her right and is in no way more immature than the TC members, the men themselves, posting on this ridiculous board. If the family on Leidtke who owns this website domain for cranbury.info ever made the posts non-anonymous you’d see most of the trouble making and name calling is written by prominent TC members who profess to not be on Facebook. |

It's not an assumption, it's a logical supposition. There's a difference.
For example, the law supposes that if you provide support to someone committing a crime, you are aiding in that crime. Similarly, if you knowingly support a bigot, you are aiding that bigot and therefore supporting the bigots actions and views. If you did not support bigotry, you would not support a bigot.
If a bigot wins reelection, it means the subset of people who voted for the bigotry support bigotry, not everyone.
The world is full of "kindly" people who are nonetheless rife with prejudices. One can do good things and still do or support bad things. People are complex. It's quite possible to be a "good neighbor" who obeys the laws, goes to church, volunteers their time and still is a bigot. And there's never been a bigot who thinks they are. Not believing you are, doesn't mean you aren't. Whether you are is defined by your actions and beliefs, not what you think is in your heart. |

Joe Biden sold out (and locked up) a generation of African Americans when he authored the 1994 crime bill.
Trump is the first President to take meaningful steps at reforming that Bill.
If actions speak louder than words, then Biden is a horrific racist and a hypocrite for making race the central issue of his campaign.
If you really believe Black Lives Matter, you should get past the stupid cr@p he says and vote for Trump for criminal justice reform, school choice, historically high funding for HBCUs, minimizing illegal immigration and a strong economy minorities. |
