As already said, no bigot every thinks of themselves as one. Hardly surprising that they come up with all the excuses why they and the current president are not despite their words and actions, including literally saying to ignore the words.
White supremacists don't think they're racist. Eighteen Century plantation owners didn't think they were racist. Nazi's didn't think they were anti-Semitic. |

It's not an assumption, it's a logical supposition.
For example, the law supposes that if you provide support to someone committing a crime, you are aiding in that crime. Similarly, if you knowingly support a bigot, you are aiding that bigot and therefore supporting the bigots actions and views. If you did not support bigotry, you would not support a bigot.
And there's never been a bigot who thinks they are. Not believing you are, doesn't mean you aren't. Whether you are is defined by your actions and beliefs, not what you think is in your heart. |
So 7ns6 by your “logic”, people who vote for Biden are racists and people who vote for Trump are bigots... so, are you a racist or a bigot? |

Rhetoric from people like you has become old. Once again you have no facts to back up your statement. You call him racist with no facts. The most racist people I see are white protesters using the Black Lives Matter campaign so they can push their own agenda. |

I’m pretty sure that the Nazis considered themselves anti-Semitic. Anti- semitism was kind of a tenant of The Third Reich. That whole “final solution” thing. I’m also pretty sure that people who wore bed sheets, rode around on horse back in the night, burning crosses, lynching black men, and burning down black churches did not feel that black lives mattered.
I don’t think that most people who are pro Biden or pro Trump believe that they are racist or bigots. They are just incredibly polarized and believe their side is correct and there is no middle ground. Both sides embrace their own sense of righteousness. It goes nowhere. Just a lot of antagonism and virtue signaling. |

Trump is a racist and a traitor. Doesn't care about anyone but himself.
Can't show us his tax return. Horrible pandemic response, rest of the world is laughing at us. No infrastructure bill. He was going to bring us the best highways and most modern airports. Now we can't use the airports anymore to fly to Europe.
He gave us a big tax cut, with almost all of it going to the very rich. He ran up the national debt during good economic times before the pandemic even started. I'm getting tired of winning.
I'm not saying you are a racist to fly his flags in town. You can have your opinion. No problem with that.
I'm thinking if you do fly them, you need to get your head checked. With poor judgement like that, probably good not to associate with you.
There are many fine Republicans or there with coming sense. Trump is not one of them. The tea party ruined the Republican party and the Republican party had become the party of Trump. |
