With the flurry of activity over at the Cranbury Commons Retail site, it's hard to imagine that no one knows who's planning to set up shop ... I'm just saying. |

I agree. Wasn’t EDAC a huge effort and investment of the TC? It seems they and Matt their liaison should know what is going into the largest commercial space and only space available other than the burned down Cranbury Pizza. |

If you are waiting for any feedback from Matt don't hold your breath. He is so far out of touch these days he should resign. And by the way, what is holding up the demo of the Cranbury Pizza? It may be something "legal" as the township always uses that excuse to keep us in the dark. It might be nice for the Mayor to update the taxpayers instead of always patting himself on the back. |

Why are you so negative?
1) did the owner of the burned out pics place sell? If so, who bought it and what are their plans?
2) if you are so concerned about the new retail space and the TC not posting on this site, why don't you attend a TC meeting, ask a question, and update the trolls on this board? |

Couldn't you just call the leasing agent and ask them? |

Apparently those who called the agent get different information. |

The "heard" (so grain of salt) from multiple sources that they hadn't demo'ed the old CP building because of a dispute between the owner and the insurance company. Speculation was it was under insured compared to the replacement cost for a demo and rebuild. |

Doesn’t the town have a maintenance code that they must follow? |

Contact the township clerk. They can put you in contact with the right people.
The affordable housing is above the retail and then there are units along old Cranbury Road. But there are no units inside the town house development. |

I still can't believe no one knows what retail shops are planning to take root in Cranbury Commons. |

Probably no one knows because there aren't any yet. There were a few lined up pre-Covid and they all dropped out. |
