| I saw it. The asking price ($1,236,750) is beyond my budget. It's probably one with a very good location; otherwise, I don't think it will sell without a major price reduction in the current market. |

Information on relator always fleshes out in a day or two after the first listing so there will be more details soon.
If I had to guess, it may just be the same totally re-furbished house that Rick had listed on N. Main previously in this range than recently went off the MLS when the initial listing expired. |
