Police find missing man
Maryland man spotted while driving on Route 130

CRANBURY — Cranbury police discovered a missing elderly man from Maryland driving down Route 130 after a routine traffic stop on Jan 20.
Patrol Officer Todd Galla spotted 82-year-old Calvin Stevens heading south on Route 130 and pulled the vehicle over at about 1 a.m. for two reasons, Police Chief John Hansen said.
Initially, Mr. Galla noticed the vehicle was traveling under the speed limit and weaving in and out of its lane, Chief Hansen said.
However, he said Mr. Galla also recognized Mr. Stevens’ vehicle from a previous alert that had been issued after there was a sighting reported in Hamilton Township at around 11 p.m.
