There is one just sold under $700k in the same development. Is this one worth $200k more with smaller lot and for 12 years old house?

There is one sold in October at $775k. Do you think this one is over priced? I guess they are testing the market to see how bad it is right now The housing market is towarding the down trend for another couple of years.

The houses others have mentioned are smaller 4 bedroom homes that are located near noisy Rt. 130. 29 Bodine is a 5 bedroom home with the library/office and bedroom and full bath on the main floor as well as an expanded family room so that it totals almost 3800 square feet. The finished basement has an extra room and the crawl space was excavated to create another room. In addition to the size and private wooded location there are many upgrades and updates.
When comparing homes size, location and extras should be considered before drawing conclusions.
