Usually I'm not one for conspiracy theories, but how much of the COAH's new mandates are being dictacted by the building companies? I think I saw a similar comment on this or another post. Could just be a strange coincidence. NJ is so overdeveloped. I dont know if forced development is the answer. I would not mind paying taxes to fight this in court. |

Does anyone know how many units we will get from the 3rd round? If it is 400, will Princeton high still take kids from Cranbury? |

If it's 400, I'll sell my house. |

Please don't panic people and start running away from our town - we have a long way to go concerning COAH. All the #'s are not fully in and we can always opt-out of COAH. However, our TC needs to communicate directly to the taxpayers as where we stand today, possibilities of tomorrow, and the future with the current COAH ruling.
They also should present options of what directions we should follow to our towns people. Anyway we choose may cost us millions. Give us the facts, plans, and Let us vote. |
