There hasn't been any new sales pricing data on this site in over 3 months. Are any homes selling lately and if so do we know for how much?
I have a friend in Plainsboro who just saw a house in their neighborhood sell for hundreds-of-thousands less than what comparable homes were selling for a year or two ago. It was a 5,000-plus sq. ft. 8 year-old home with tons upgrades and a pool and landscaping, etc. that sold for less than another home 6 months ago in the same neighborhood that was only 3,400 sq. ft with less upgrades and no real yard. |
