The Real Cost of Affordable Housing in New Jersey
The Mayor of Secaucus Dennis Elwell spoke of the real cost of affordable housing today and gave an example of the cost for businesses in Secaucus as he spoke in front of the New Jersey Senate Economic Growth Committee today.
During his comments he reference the dollars per square foot which affordable housing rules and regulations cost business in his town….
11.63 cent per square foot for warehouse space
17.29 cents per square foot for office space
5.67 Per square foot for Retail Space |
