There is an anonymous Blue Rooster hater who has always looked for any opportunity to post here. Bent out of shape about something. I learned to tune it out long ago. |

So, what about an Italian deli? Think that would be a good idea? |

A deli/convenience store-type business would be great. A place to get small conveniences (milk, etc.). |

Some of these posts imply that the hot wok is closing. Where did that idea come from? As an early reply noted the building has been for sale for a couple years now. That doesn't mean the business is closing. Or even if it eventually did, it doesn't mean its happening any time soon. |

When was the last time you saw a new video store pop-up, anywhere? A few are hanging on, none are doing well, and even Blockbuster is in bankruptcy. The number of people who still go to a store to rent is only diminishing over time. Even my in-laws use Netflix and steaming now. The babyboomers will be the last generation to rent physical discs at all. It's like deciding to open up a stables for horse downtown after Ford has introduced the Model T. |
